Why did I start Cupcakes Rule!?...to create and sell delicious cupcakes for every occasion to an appreciative customer base;
to generously donate cupcakes to those who serve our community, as well as to those who simply need a little
something sweet in their life! Who doesn’t love a cupcake?
When doesn’t a cupcake put a smile on your face?

I have always loved to bake. My favorite Christmas present as a little girl was my Easy Bake Oven. My brothers even nicknamed me “kakey-bake” and to this day, when they want to make me laugh, that’s what they call me. Many hours were spent in the kitchen next to my mom helping her bake cakes and cupcakes. Well, I thought that what I was doing was helping, but we sure did make a mess and that was half the fun. My mom used to make cupcakes for our school, boy scouts and little league team. She was known as “the cupcake lady”.
I am proud to follow in her footsteps.

I bake everything from scratch using the best ingredients
money can buy. I use Neilsen-Massey Vanilla, Ghiardelli Chocolate and Megdalia D’Oro Espresso Powder to make some of my favorite coffee inspired recipes. I also use premium extracts and the best organic dairy products I can find. I am constantly on the lookout for new and exciting ways to decorate my cupcakes. If a customer has an idea for a special occasion cupcake, like for instance a “hula party”, I’ll do whatever it takes to make the best darn hula cupcakes ever! I love to make everything look pretty. I use my artistic expression in whatever I do whether it’s designing jewelry or decorating a cupcake.

Be assured that everything is baked to order; I never bake ahead and freeze.
It’s only little ‘ole me doing the baking and therefore I have to limit my orders to 6 dozen.

Retirement, Bar/Bat Mitzvah, Employee Appreciation, School function, Corporate Party, Thank You, Baby Showers,
Graduation, Book Clubs, Grand Openings.
